Hi, I am Jordan Brickhouse.

I'm the girl behind the camera. I was born and raised in Colorado but life took me to Nebraska. I am a wife, a mother, and a photographer. All things I knew I wanted to be by the age of 3. Ever since I've able to hold a camera, I knew I loved taking pictures. The town I grew up in was very small and photography was really all I had to do. But in that, I see beauty in different ways. Beauty was seeing the old hands of my neighbor planting her garden or the yellow and purple tints of a perfect sunset by the valley.

Once I was older, I noticed that dementia was a big family genetic. There is no part of me that wants to forget my favorite memories. This is why you will always catch me with a camera in hand. I want to not only be able see the raw emotion, but to feel it and relive it. That's how my career evolved. I made sure that people could remember the moments. To shed their false ideas of beauty and to rediscover who they are through my lens.
